Shipping is currently available within Singapore only. Local delivery is arranged after order confirmation and typically fulfilled within 5–7 working days.

Refunds or returns will only be considered in cases of damage incurred during shipping. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact within 24 hours if there are issues. Buyer must take clear photos of any defects or cracks as proof for claims.
Each piece is handcrafted and may include glaze variations, minor asymmetry, or surface marks—these are not defects, but rather evidence of the making process. No two pieces are identical.
Ceramic objects should be handled with care. All zck.obj pieces are made from stoneware, known for its durability and strength, but like all ceramics, they can still chip or break with impact. For lamps, avoid tugging the cord or exposing the piece to moisture. Clean gently with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Non-functional objects should be placed on stable surfaces away from direct knocks or edges. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or placing items in dishwashers or microwaves unless otherwise specified.
